Debbie is pleased to be part of Team Leatherman Care Dentistry in her position as Patient Scheduling Coordinator. She brings with her over 35 years of dental management experience and her willingness to help you find the perfect time for creating a perfect smile!

Debbie and her husband, Bill, are avid boaters and spend their summers on the waters of Lake Erie and Put-In-Bay. They are the proud parents of Bryan and Benjamin. Bryan and his wife, Amanda, live in Put-In-Bay with the awesome labrador retrievers. Benjamin and his wife, Brittany live in Amherst and are the proud parents of beautiful twin daughters.

Donna brings more than 25 years of experience to Team Leatherman Care. Her highly trained skills in the dental field have come full circle in her work from clinical to administrative positions. She works every day to help patients better understand their financial options when maintaining or restoring their smiles and oral health. Building positive relationships of trust and appreciation with our patients is Donna’s biggest reward.

Donna and her husband, Kurby, share the joy of loving and nurturing their five children and eleven grandchildren and spending time together outdoors. Donna is also very involved with the church where her husband is pastor, and enjoys spending time with her church family as well.

Nicole is a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) having graduated from Lorain County Community College. She is a proud member of Team Leatherman Care and continually strives to increase her knowledge in improving our patients’ oral health. She enjoys being a part of a team that is committed to providing the best care possible for their patients. Nicole most values Team Leatherman Care’s strong sense of family and togetherness. TLC is a family and we like to treat you like family too!

Nicole is married to Joe and they have a beautiful blended family . They enjoy spending their leisure time with their children and grandchildren . Travel, Food, Fun and Family are words they live by.

Sammi is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated from Lorain County Community College with an Associate of Arts, Science, and Dental Hygiene. She is proud to be a part of Team Leatherman Care Dentistry. She was a dental assistant while studying to become a hygienist which allowed her to gain a better understanding of the dental industry. She strives to continue her education in order to provide all of our patients with the best possible care and overall health.

Sammi is engaged to Eric and they have a dog named Karma. She enjoys living life to the fullest, staying healthy and active, cooking and baking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Mikkell was born with a genuine love for people. She discovered her passion for dentistry in January 1999 when she decided to try her hand as a dental assistant in Las Vegas, Nevada. After moving to Ohio in 2012, she attended The Ohio State University EFDA program and has been caring for patients as an EFDA since 2014.
Mikkell has one son, Steel, and two dogs, Foxy and Remy. Outside of the office, she spends her time as a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, walking her dogs, reading, cooking, socializing with friends, enjoying the outdoors, and volunteering with Sleep in Heavenly Peace.

Michelle is excited to be a part of Team Leatherman Care Dentistry. She brings over 28 years of dental office experience as well as her positive attitude and her compassionate people skills. Michelle sees the importance of making each patient feel seen and heard. In her free time, Michelle is a lifelong Cleveland sports fan and an active member of her Church. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is always happy to learn new things.
