Scaling & Root Planing
Your gums are just as important as your teeth in maintaining oral and overall health. Scaling and root planing is a procedure that is helpful for patients with gingivitis, or mild gum disease. During the procedure, we remove bacteria from beneath the gum line and smooth out the tooth roots so that the gums can adhere securely, preventing bacteria from entering again.
CEREC Crowns & Bridges
Crowns and bridges are used to restore the smile after a cavity or trauma. A crown is a cap that is placed over an existing tooth after a root canal, or over a dental implant. The crown is custom-fabricated to blend in seamlessly in your smile. We are proud to use CEREC CAD/CAM technology to custom-design, fabricate, and place crowns in just one visit for our patients’ convenience!
A bridge is a tooth-replacement option that involves placing crowns on the teeth on either side of the gap to hold an abutment tooth into place.

Emergency Care
Dental emergencies require immediate attention to save your smile. If the emergency occurs during business hours, please give us a call at 440-233-8521, and we will get you in as soon as possible. If the emergency occurs after hours, still call our office, and you will receive instructions as to how you can reach one of the doctors at Team Leatherman Care. If the emergency is severe or life-threatening, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
